Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer
Marco has 25 years of experience in the HR and Business Advisory industry. He specializes in Workplace Innovation and has successfully developed both new ways of working and data platforms that have helped customers with complex decision-making and optimizing business operations using advanced analytics and VIVA Insights combined with other data-sets. Marco has a BA in Philosophy, an MBA and is working on his PhD in Workplace Innovation in the HR Studies department of Tilburg University.

Jonathan Khongwir
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan has 15 years of experience within the HR Tech and Employee Experience consulting industry, specialising in building and leading successful global sales and delivery teams. He has a proven track record of successfully implementing complex HR tech solutions across the employee experience journey, working for IBM, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. Joining Glint as a startup, Jonathan has played a key role in the evolution of the consulting and technical services required by customers from within LInkedIn and now as part of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem for Viva Glint, which he helped to build. Part of this work has seen him spearhead employee experience initiatives for global enterprise customers which utilized big data, SaaS technology and behavioural psychology.
